Fresh Washington state oysters are grilled until they
pop. Served with our lemon horseradish sauce. Or choose
our fresh Gulf shrimp served with our homemade cocktail
sauce.

Grilled Thresher Shark with Teriyaki Glaze
and Pineapple Salsa
The freshest Pacific thresher shark is grilled until
moist and flaky and brushed with our Chef Chris' light
teriyaki glaze and topped with fresh pineapple salsa.
Ceviche with Fresh Mangoes
A combination of mahi-mahi, halibut and sea-scallops
are marinated in fresh lime juice and tossed with vine
ripe tomatoes, red onions and fresh mangoes.

Bibb Lettuce with Crab, Asparagus and Chive
Aioli
Fresh bibb lettuce is tossed with fresh crabmeat, cherry
tomatoes, and asparagus. This is served with our creamy
chive aioli dressing.
Herbed Vegetable Medley
A variety of fresh vegetables such as squash, peppers,
asparagus, carrots and baby corn are grilled and then
sautéed with seasonal fresh herbs.
Wild Rice Pilaf
A delicious mixture of brown and wild rice topped with
toasted pecans.
