• Barbecued Chicken
Tender barbecued half chickens grilled with honey butter.
(Chicken breasts may be substituted for $3 per guest)

• Barbecued Porkloin with Mustard Sage Sauce or Blackberry Port Sauce
Tender porkloin barbecued, then served with either our Mustard Sage sauce containing shallots, fresh sage, Creole mustard and cream, or Blackberry Port sauce with fresh blackberries ruby port and blackberry vinegar.

•Garden Salad with Homemade Dill Dressing
