Large cuts of sirloin are pan-blackened, then finished
over the grill where they are basted with our special
herb butter.

The most mysterious of all chickens! This is topped
with our Voodoo sauce containing guava, molasses and
other bewitching ingredients.

A wonderful salad of mixed baby greens, tossed with
cranberries, almonds, bleu cheese and a Creole raspberry

Red beans are simmered with onions, Cajun sausage and

A Cajun staple which includes the "holy trinity" of
bell peppers, onions and celery all stewed together
to make this classic rice dish.
