Our chicken is dusted with Caribbean spices, grilled and basted with our sweet Jerk sauce.

Fresh jicama and pineapple are tossed with baby spinach in a cilantro vinaigrette dressing.

We slow cook black beans with roasted garlic, red peppers, cumin and fresh lime juice.

Cuban style pilaf made with red onions, a variety of bell peppers and Caribbean spices.
