Grilled Muscovy Duck with Blackberry Port Sauce
The freshest Muscovy duck breasts and legs are grilled to perfection and topped with a sauce of fresh blackberries, duck stock, ruby port and pure maple.

The king of all salads! Ours features smoked chicken breasts, Stilton cheese, vine ripe tomatoes, avocado and bacon. Tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Fennel and Caramelized Onion Scalloped Potatoes
Slow roasted fennel and caramelized onions are layered between Yukon gold potatoes, cream and a variety of cheeses. Baked to a golden brown.

Baby grilled asparagus are grilled, wrapped in prosciutto and basted with a sherry clove glaze.
