Fresh Fruit Platter, Riblets with Pan-Asian sauce, Fresh Shrimp Pineapple Trees.

Entrees, choose any two:

• Kailua Pig
Not the whole pig - just a really big piece of him! We wrap ours in banana leaves and slow-roast him upwards to a full day.

• Coconut Grilled Ribs
Pork spareribs are falling-off-the-bone tender and mopped with our sauce containing coconut milk, ginger and lemongrass.

• Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
Chicken is grilled with our Chef Chris' light teriyaki glaze.
(Chicken breasts may be substituted for $3 per guest)

• Tropical Spring Green Salad
Spring greens with fresh pineapple and Maui onions served with a Mango Vinaigrette.

• Polynesian Baked Beans
Baked beans with a tropical twist. Ours feature grilled pineapple and brown sugar.

• South Pacific Rice
Hawaiian style pilaf made with macadamia nuts.

• Hawaiian Bread grilled with Papaya Butter
