Incredible pork spareribs are made by slow-smoking with a dry rub, then grilled and mopped with our Kansas City style sauce.

Juicy chickens are dusted with a dry rub and grilled over hickory wood.

• Three Bean Salad or Garden Salad
A Kansas City favorite featuring green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans and red onions tossed in a vinaigrette. Or choose fresh greens, tomatoes, red onion and cucumbers are accompanied by our homemade dill dressing (other dressings available)

• Cheesy Corn Bake
We couldn't believe how delicious this was when we first discovered it. Fresh corn off the cob is mixed with cream and a variety of cheeses and baked in a pastry piecrust to a golden brown.

Deliciously sweet hickory flavored baked beans.
