Prepared like the beef tri-tip but we use tender cuts
of pork instead.

Our juicy barbecue chickens grilled with honey butter.

Fresh greens, tomatoes, red onion and cucumbers are

Your choice of my mom's famous potato salad, pasta salad with cheddar,
mozzarella, feta cheeses and fresh basil or baby new potatoes sauteed with fresh rosemary.
