Carne Asada
Tender flank steak is marinated in garlic, fresh lime
juice and southwest seasonings. The steak is then char
broiled and sliced. Served with tortillas and taco bar
set up.
Chili Verde
Tender pork loin is slow cooked for hours with garlic,
onion, tomatillos, peppers and fresh cilantro. Served
with warm tortillas.

Garden Salad
Your choice of refreshing salads made with chickpeas,
vine ripe tomatoes, onions and chipotle peppers or fresh
greens, tomatoes and cucumbers accompanied with a guacamole
dressing.
Spanish Rice

Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles as a kid.
